Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating system errors.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop applications and operating systems.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, resolutions, and change requests in the ticketing system.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and basic server configuration.
- Perform regular IT health checks and software updates across the organization.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security policies and data protection standards.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in desktop support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and troubleshooting techniques.
