Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems (Windows) and productivity software (Microsoft Office).
  • Assist with the deployment of new devices, peripherals, and printers to office staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, tickets, and resolutions in the helpdesk management system.
  • Conduct regular IT health checks and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new IT policies and security protocols.
  • Provide basic user training and guidance on IT best practices and software usage.

Kualifikasi

  • NITEC or Higher NITEC in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting common hardware peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are highly desirable.
