Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware/software issues including OS, applications, and peripheral devices
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure
- Provide technical support and training to end-users across all departments
- Document IT processes, maintain asset inventory, and generate performance reports
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with company IT policies
- Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and basic security practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
- Experience with ITIL service management processes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
