Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and essential software applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Active Directory and various applications.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities accurately in the IT ticketing system.
- Assist with network connectivity, VPN configurations, and email setup to ensure seamless remote and office access.
- Perform regular IT asset audits and inventory checks to ensure equipment accuracy and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a Helpdesk, IT Support, or Technical Support role.
- Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and the ability to perform component-level diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are highly preferred.
