We are looking for a reliable and organized Despatch Crew member to join our growing team in Ipoh, Perak. This role is essential to our daily operations, acting as the link between our office and factory environments. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of logistical duties, including overseeing deliveries, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring that all government submissions are processed on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments.
- Prepare, verify, and organize delivery documentation, invoices, and bills of lading.
- Handle government submissions and regulatory paperwork to ensure full compliance.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels within the system.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and upkeep to ensure fleet readiness.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and factory teams to support daily operations.
- Ensure the safe handling of goods and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and document processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office and factory environment.
