We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Despatch cum Stock Keeper to join our operations team in Shah Alam. This dual-function role is critical to our supply chain, ensuring that our inventory is meticulously managed and our clients receive their orders promptly and safely.
As a Despatch cum Stock Keeper, you will be the bridge between our warehouse and our valued customers. You will spend your day balancing organized warehouse management with efficient delivery runs. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the timely and safe delivery of dental supplies and equipment to clinics, hospitals, and laboratories.
- Conduct daily stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring all items match the delivery orders.
- Pick and pack products accurately based on daily invoices and delivery schedules.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment for efficient stock retrieval.
- Manage delivery documentation, including signing off on delivery orders and collecting relevant receipts.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the company delivery vehicle to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Assist the management team with general warehouse tasks and logistics coordination as required.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an SPM or equivalent educational background.
- Must have a valid motorcycle (B2) and/or car (D/GDL) driving license with a clean traffic record.
- Prior experience in warehousing, inventory control, or despatch services is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of routes and traffic patterns in Shah Alam and the wider Klang Valley area.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and organizing stock items.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with team members and clients.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic computer literacy for simple data entry and inventory logging.
