Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble a variety of desserts according to standard operating procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including order taking and menu recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the workstation.
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash transactions professionally.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and visual presentation for every order.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a bakery, café, or F&B establishment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a kitchen/service environment.
- Passion for pastry and a quick learner with a proactive work ethic.
