- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a pleasant and professional experience from the moment they approach the kiosk.
- Prepare and serve a variety of desserts, drinks, and food items efficiently, ensuring presentation is appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash and card transactions, handling payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kiosk environment at all times, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor ingredient levels and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize downtime.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak hours and ensure efficient service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food, F&B, or retail service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using handheld devices or POS systems.
- Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule to accommodate peak business hours and weekends.
