- Prepare, assemble, and present desserts according to established recipes and visual standards.
- Ensure all food items are stored, labeled, and rotated correctly to maintain freshness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times.
- Assist in the plating and garnishing of dishes to enhance visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels of dessert ingredients and alert management when stock is low.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, answering questions about desserts.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in food service, baking, or pastry preparation is preferred.
- Passion for food presentation and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
