Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, assemble, and garnish a variety of desserts, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and artistic presentation.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and efficiently process sales transactions using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the dessert counter, display cases, and all work areas throughout operational hours.
- Monitor and accurately restock dessert inventory, ingredients, packaging, and supplies, informing management of low stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and customers.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary arts, hospitality, or related vocational training is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience (1+ year preferred) in a food service, retail, or customer service role, particularly within a cafe, bakery, or dessert-focused establishment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a friendly, outgoing, and customer-centric personality.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid basic math skills for precise cash handling and inventory management.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
