Luxoft is expanding its footprint in Malaysia and is seeking a highly skilled AS400 Developer to join our newly established technology centre in Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will be part of the Technology and Operations team, focusing on the delivery of innovative financial solutions within our Channels, EAI, and Payments domain.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust mainframe applications. As an integral part of a global company, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale international projects, leveraging your deep technical expertise to drive efficiency and reliability in payment systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and maintain complex AS400/iSeries applications within a banking and payments ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business analysts and system architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of payment integration processes (EAI).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to core mainframe banking applications.
- Optimize existing code to improve system performance and reduce latency in payment processing channels.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to junior developers within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AS400 (iSeries) development using RPG, ILE RPG, CL, and DB2.
- Strong understanding of EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) patterns and payment gateway protocols.
- Proven track record of working on financial or banking sector projects.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern integration tools (API/Web Services).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multinational team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
