This Mandarin-speaking role is critical in bridging our global developer community with Chinese-speaking users. You'll design, implement, and optimize developer tools, documentation, and support systems specifically tailored to Mandarin-speaking developers. Your contributions will directly shape how millions of developers worldwide leverage AI to create innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement developer tools, APIs, and SDKs specifically optimized for Mandarin-speaking developers
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and guides in both English and Mandarin
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and address pain points in the developer journey
- Develop and maintain developer support systems, including chatbots and knowledge bases
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from Mandarin-speaking developers to improve our offerings
- Organize and participate in developer outreach programs, workshops, and conferences in Mandarin-speaking regions
- Monitor developer metrics and continuously optimize the developer experience based on data insights
- Work closely with localization teams to ensure all developer-facing materials accurately reflect technical concepts in Mandarin
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in developer relations, developer experience, or similar technical roles
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) with excellent technical translation abilities
- Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
- Experience with API design, SDK development, and creating technical documentation
- Deep understanding of developer workflows and pain points in the AI/ML space
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices
