Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) models using deep learning frameworks.
- Integrate speech processing components into embodied AI platforms and robotic systems to enable seamless human-machine interaction.
- Conduct research to improve model accuracy, robustness, and latency in real-world, noisy environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including NLP researchers, software engineers, and product managers.
- Perform data analysis, model training, and validation experiments to drive technical innovation.
- Ensure the scalability and efficiency of deployed AI models on various hardware configurations.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic and industry trends in Speech Processing, NLP, and AI.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Strong background in Speech Recognition, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with signal processing techniques and audio data preprocessing is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
