Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for AI and software development tools.
- Collaborate with software engineers to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of AI models and software applications.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement optimizations to ensure stability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and API documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience as a Support Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, Python, and cloud platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
