Tanggung Jawab
- Execute detailed test plans and procedures for new product development, prototypes, and engineering samples.
- Perform comprehensive electrical, optical, and mechanical testing using a variety of sophisticated lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power meters, spectrometers, etc.).
- Collect, record, and analyze test data accurately, documenting observations and results thoroughly.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose failures or anomalies in test setups and devices under test.
- Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
- Calibrate and maintain test equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of measurements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards throughout all testing phases.
- Prepare clear and concise test reports and contribute to design review documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a testing or development laboratory environment, preferably in optics, lasers, electronics, or semiconductor industries.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical circuits, optical principles, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using standard laboratory test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, function generators).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
