China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Device Administrator (设备管理员) to join our project team in Batam. In this role, you will be the backbone of our heavy machinery and equipment operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our construction equipment is utilized efficiently, maintained according to safety standards, and documented with precision.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical maintenance teams and project management, ensuring that all physical assets are accounted for and optimized for peak site performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction equipment, including procurement, utilization tracking, and decommissioning.
- Maintain comprehensive records of equipment maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspection logs.
- Coordinate with site managers to ensure equipment availability matches daily construction project requirements.
- Perform regular physical audits of onsite machinery to verify asset integrity and usage data.
- Monitor fuel consumption and operational efficiency to reduce waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and national regulations regarding heavy equipment operations.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management regarding equipment downtime and maintenance expenditure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in equipment management or administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (English/Mandarin and Indonesian) is highly preferred to support internal coordination.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word) and asset management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and record-keeping accuracy.
- Solid understanding of construction equipment types and basic maintenance workflows.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Batam and adapt to changing project timelines.
