Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair POS terminal hardware malfunctions efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on terminal units to ensure long-term reliability.
- Perform component-level replacements including screens, battery packs, and internal circuit board components.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all repair logs, parts used, and service status in the internal tracking system.
- Calibrate and test terminal software configurations post-repair to ensure full functionality.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage spare parts stock levels.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during the repair process.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Training in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hardware repair, preferably with POS terminals or mobile devices.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits and basic networking concepts.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, and precision screwdrivers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily repair output targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
