Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage robust automation solutions to streamline software development and operational processes.
- Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot VMware virtualized environments, including vSphere, ESXi, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable application delivery from development to production.
- Collaborate closely with software development, QA, and operations teams to foster a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and application deployments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely incident response and resolution for critical systems.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or a similar role with a strong focus on automation.
- Proven expertise in backend development using languages such as Python, Java, Go, Ruby, or Node.js.
- Demonstrable experience with VMware virtualization technologies (e.g., vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, NSX).
- Solid understanding and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Harness).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a significant advantage.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
