GMP Group is proud to partner with a premier financial institution in Singapore to find a highly skilled DevOps Engineer. This is a critical role within the bank's technology division, where you will be at the heart of transforming their development and operational workflows. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and automation tools that power the bank's digital services. You will work closely with software engineers, system architects, and security teams to ensure seamless, reliable, and rapid software releases. The bank is heavily invested in cloud technologies and container orchestration, offering you a chance to work with cutting-edge tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers. You will leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform and Ansible to ensure that the bank's infrastructure is scalable, secure, and compliant with financial regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to automate software deployment.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system health.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and streamline release cycles.
- Enforce security best practices and ensure the infrastructure meets all banking compliance standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventative measures.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support the bank's 24/7 operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role.
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Deep experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
- Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with configuration management and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
- Solid understanding of networking, security protocols, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is highly advantageous.
