Are you a seasoned DevOps professional looking to make a global impact? tawk.to is seeking a dedicated DevOps Engineer (Night Shift) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our global infrastructure, ensuring 99.99% uptime for millions of concurrent users.

This is a night shift position, providing you with a unique opportunity to work with global teams in different time zones while enjoying a focused, quiet working environment during the night hours in Kuala Lumpur.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and reduce deployment errors.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot outages, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure maximum availability.
- Manage container orchestration systems (Kubernetes) and cloud-native services.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, backup solutions, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architectures and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration and network fundamentals.
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours with minimal supervision.
