Are you an experienced DevOps professional looking to lead high-impact release strategies? A top-tier Fintech company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled DevOps Release Manager (Azure) to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software release lifecycle, ensuring seamless deployments across Azure environments while maintaining high availability and security standards.
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and release management. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, reduce deployment risks, and drive continuous improvement in our fintech solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end release management process for Azure-based applications and services.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Conduct thorough post-deployment reviews and monitor release metrics to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release schedules, manage backlogs, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices during the release process.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and developers.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a DevOps Release Manager or DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the Fintech or Banking sector is highly desirable.
