In this unique hybrid role, you will drive the development of software licensing tools, implement robust DevOps practices, and perform technical audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our licensing infrastructure, enabling better decision-making and cost optimization for internal and client-facing systems. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to automate workflows, monitor performance, and resolve complex support escalations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and release cycles for licensing tools.
- Develop and enhance software licensing applications, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Conduct technical audits to evaluate system security, license usage, and adherence to internal policies.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and provide L2/L3 support for licensing-related incidents.
- Document audit findings, workflows, and system architecture to facilitate knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of software licensing models and compliance frameworks (Microsoft, Oracle, open-source).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to auditing and problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
