IBM Consulting ASEAN is looking for a visionary DevSecOps Tech Lead to spearhead Day 2 Operations within our high-impact Public Sector Data & AI practice. In this mission-critical role, you will be the bridge between complex cloud infrastructure and secure, scalable AI deployment.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on the lifecycle management of Red Hat OpenShift clusters. We are looking for a specialist who doesn't just manage infrastructure but optimizes it, ensuring high availability, rigorous security compliance, and peak performance for our public sector clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Day 2 Operations strategy for enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift environments.
- Architect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines with integrated security (DevSecOps) workflows.
- Manage cluster lifecycle, including upgrades, capacity planning, and automated scaling solutions.
- Collaborate with Data & AI teams to optimize production environments for machine learning models.
- Ensure compliance with public sector security standards and best practices for infrastructure hardening.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis to maintain high availability and system reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes container orchestration.
- Strong background in security best practices within cloud-native environments (DevSecOps).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Go, or Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience working within public sector or highly regulated industry standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCA, CKA, CKS) are highly preferred.
