Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement DFM systems and architecture tailored for furniture manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of furniture products
- Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for furniture manufacturing
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Research and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve DFM systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in furniture production
- Create detailed documentation of design specifications and manufacturing requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), with furniture industry preference
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and design tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Understanding of sustainable manufacturing practices and cost optimization
