Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle to deliver DHL parcels to designated residential and commercial locations within Petaling Jaya.
- Load and unload parcels securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes using GPS and navigation apps to ensure timely drop-offs.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers via mobile applications or scanners.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Iplanner Global and DHL professionally at every doorstep.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery statuses, delays, or route issues.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while on duty.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (minimum Class B2 for motorcycles or Class D for vans).
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or similar logistics role is highly advantageous.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Petaling Jaya and the wider Selangor road networks.
- Physical fitness with the ability to lift, carry, and load parcels (up to 20kg).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable using smartphones, handheld scanners, and digital delivery tracking apps.
- Punctual, highly reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
