- Install, configure, and maintain dialer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor system health and proactively troubleshoot technical issues

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in dialer system administration
- Proficiency with Genesys, Avaya, or NICE dialer platforms
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, CTI, and CRM integration
- Experience with network infrastructure and telephony systems
- Certification in relevant dialer technologies (e.g., Genesys GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
