Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Dialysis Nurse to join our clinical team in Bekasi. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing life-sustaining care to patients with chronic kidney disease. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform hemodialysis procedures according to established nursing standards and patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vitals and treatment progress throughout the dialysis session to ensure stability.
- Provide emergency nursing interventions and respond immediately to patient medical crises or complications.
- Administer medications and fluids as prescribed by the nephrologist.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient sessions.
- Educate patients and their families regarding dialysis care, dietary restrictions, and post-treatment recovery.
- Ensure that all medical equipment and dialysis machines are sanitized, calibrated, and functioning correctly.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to optimize patient health outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan).
- Possess a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Certification in Hemodialysis training is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or dialysis center.
- Strong understanding of emergency medical procedures and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Willing to be stationed in Bekasi.
