As a Die Design Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our production excellence, responsible for the conceptualization, design, and optimization of complex die casting molds.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot design challenges, run thermal and structural analysis, and implement continuous improvements to our die systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-precision die casting molds and tooling components using advanced CAD software.
- Perform comprehensive CAE analysis, including thermal and flow simulation, to predict and prevent potential casting defects.
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to optimize die performance and reduce cycle times.
- Maintain and update detailed technical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and design specifications.
- Conduct regular mold trials and lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for any technical discrepancies.
- Implement cost-effective design solutions that improve the overall lifespan of die sets.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the product development and mass production launch phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in die design or mold making within an automotive or manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX).
- Demonstrable experience with CAE/Simulation software for mold flow analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of die casting processes, material science, and heat treatment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, high-output production environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
