Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services
- Proven track record in product development, sales, and partnership management
- Strong understanding of Indonesian banking regulations and digital transformation trends
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in digital banking, project management, or Agile methodologies preferred
