Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows for construction projects
- Develop digital twins of construction sites for real-time monitoring and analysis
- Automate documentation processes using construction management software
- Analyze IoT sensor data to predict and mitigate construction delays
- Optimize resource allocation using digital planning tools
- Train stakeholders on digital construction best practices
- Research and integrate emerging technologies like AR/VR in construction workflows
- Ensure compliance with digital standards (ISO 19650)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2+ years experience with BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD)
- Proficiency in construction management tools (Procore, BIM 360)
- Understanding of IoT applications in construction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in BIM or digital construction preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
