- Set up, configure, and maintain data tracking systems using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Analyze digital campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies
- Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Looker Studio
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define KPIs and track digital performance
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support data-driven decision making
- Conduct A/B tests and provide recommendations for improving user experience and conversion rates
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all digital platforms and reporting tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Looker Studio
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
