- End-to-end ownership of digital project delivery lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Strategic planning and execution of project roadmaps with milestone tracking
- Leadership of cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA specialists
- Budget management and financial oversight with ROI optimization
- Proactive risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning
- Stakeholder management and executive communication across all levels
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development
- Quality assurance compliance and post-implementation reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in digital project delivery with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PMP or Prince2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in managing complex IT projects with budgets exceeding PHP 10M
- Deep understanding of digital transformation frameworks (DevOps, Cloud, Agile)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
