Are you a creative professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling? Platinum Outsourcing is seeking an experienced **Digital Designer** to join our creative team in a **Hybrid** environment. In this role, you will be working during the dayshift to design immersive, high-impact digital experiences, ranging from 2D motion graphics to complex 3D models. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' brand presence through innovative design solutions that drive engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Create compelling 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.
- Design rich media assets that are optimized for web and mobile performance.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and marketing team to visualize concepts.
- Utilize 3D modeling software to produce high-quality renders and assets.
- Ensure all designs adhere to strict brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Assist in the prototyping and storyboarding of new design concepts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Multimedia Design, Rich Media, and 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong command of 3D software including Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with web animation technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work setup (Office + Remote) and communicate effectively.
