We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Experience Manager to take the reins of our client's dynamic digital ecosystem in Jurong East. This is a 9-month contract role offering a competitive monthly salary of up to $5,000, depending on experience. You will be the voice of the user, championing a seamless, accessible, and engaging journey across all digital touchpoints, including the corporate website, mobile applications, and customer portals. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, and Product Development, you will translate business requirements into innovative digital solutions and manage external vendor relationships. Tanggung Jawab

  • Define and drive the digital experience roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving customer needs.
  • Lead the day-to-day management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company’s website, mobile app, and digital platforms.
  • Oversee UX/UI strategy, conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to enhance the customer journey and conversion rates.
  • Manage digital projects from conception to launch, coordinating with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Content) and external agencies.
  • Monitor and report on digital performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Champion digital accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA).
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Manage the digital content strategy, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance across all channels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital experience management, product management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-traffic websites and mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, human-centered design, and information architecture.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Sitecore) and CRM systems is a strong plus.
