Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the digital experience roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving customer needs.
- Lead the day-to-day management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company’s website, mobile app, and digital platforms.
- Oversee UX/UI strategy, conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to enhance the customer journey and conversion rates.
- Manage digital projects from conception to launch, coordinating with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Content) and external agencies.
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Champion digital accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA).
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Manage the digital content strategy, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance across all channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital experience management, product management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-traffic websites and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, human-centered design, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) and SEO best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Sitecore) and CRM systems is a strong plus.
