Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues affecting modular facility operations.
- Maintain and update system configurations to meet evolving pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and GMP standards.
- Perform regular system backups, data migration tasks, and software updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine audits to identify potential risks or inefficiencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-users regarding digital lab equipment and software functionality.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biotechnology, or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in LIMS software and familiarity with laboratory automation systems.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, network protocols, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, modular manufacturing setting in Tuas.
