Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities
- Oversee digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)
