Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities and campaigns that align with business goals.
- Present product demonstrations and detailed proposals to clients, effectively addressing their needs and pain points.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and optimize sales strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing, IT, or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive negotiation style.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in sales or marketing are encouraged to apply.
