Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for ROI improvement.
- Manage content strategy to ensure alignment with SEO best practices and brand voice.
- Oversee lead generation initiatives and optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid and organic strategies.
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and performance marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
- Proven experience in running successful paid social and search engine marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create comprehensive reports.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead a growing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
