Tanggung Jawab
- Create, schedule, and monitor posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO tactics to improve organic reach.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting newsletters and monitoring open rates.
- Track and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs using Google Analytics.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets (banners, infographics) using tools like Canva.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Stay upātoādate with industry trends and suggest new ideas for campaign improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelorās degree in Marketing or related field is advantageous.
