Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of core digital systems and enterprise platforms.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for digital workflows.
- Conduct regular audits of digital assets to ensure compliance, security, and optimal performance.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and project implementation from concept to launch.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital operations, IT operations, or process management.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, CRM software, and cloud-based technologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a focus on detail.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and reporting software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and influence diverse teams.
