In this role, you will be the bridge between our digital commerce platforms and our Spanish-speaking client base, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional interaction quality.
You will manage end-to-end digital transactions, troubleshoot order discrepancies, and provide world-class support in Spanish. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage high-volume digital orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone to resolve inquiries.
- Monitor order lifecycles, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing any bottlenecks.
- Maintain high levels of customer service standards and interaction quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues or technical order errors.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the internal CRM/Order Management System.
- Provide regular reporting on order status and interaction metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in digital sales, customer support, or order processing.
- Strong computer literacy and experience working with e-commerce or CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a contract-based role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
