This pivotal role requires a strategic leader to drive nationwide merchant acquisition, optimize distribution channels, and accelerate digital payment adoption within the FMCG retail, general trade, and SME sectors. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to penetrate new markets, build strategic partnerships, and establish our payment solutions as the preferred choice for Indonesian businesses.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in B2B sales leadership within Indonesia's competitive fintech ecosystem, with a proven ability to scale operations and exceed revenue targets. You'll develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, mentor high-performing teams, and navigate regulatory nuances while fostering innovation in digital transaction technologies. This position offers the opportunity to shape Indonesia's financial inclusion journey while driving sustainable business growth.

  • Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies targeting FMCG retailers, general trade distributors, and SME merchants
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across Indonesia's key regions
  • Forge strategic partnerships with payment processors, distributors, and ecosystem enablers
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track sales performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for merchant-specific pain points
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation for sales initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 10+ years in B2B sales leadership with 5+ years in fintech/digital payments
  • Proven track record of scaling merchant acquisition across Indonesia's FMCG/retail sectors
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian SME market dynamics and distribution channels
  • Experience managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams (50+ members)
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
