Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of company digital platforms and e-commerce channels.
- Monitor and analyze platform performance using analytical tools to derive actionable insights.
- Execute administrative tasks to ensure seamless inventory and product information management.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to update promotional content and product listings.
- Perform regular quality audits on user interfaces to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on platform metrics and conversion rates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support for platform maintenance and updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital platform administration, e-commerce management, or a similar digital operations role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and e-commerce best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
