In this role, you will be the face of our digital printing services, ensuring that every customer request is processed with precision, speed, and high-quality results.

As a Deskprint Operator, you will manage the end-to-end customer order cycle, from initial consultation and file preparation to final output, ensuring that every print job meets our company's high standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding print materials, finishing options, and design specifications.
- Perform pre-press file checks to ensure print-readiness and high-quality results.
- Operate various digital printing equipment and finishing machinery (cutters, laminators, etc.).
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely updates.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure workflow efficiency and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of paper, ink, and other consumables to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in digital printing, design, or retail customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw) is a major advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and helpful attitude toward customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of quality control.
- Flexible availability to accommodate store operating hours.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new printing software quickly.
