Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered digital solutions targeting transportation infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, data scientists, and software developers to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Analyze operational data from sensors, IoT devices, and historical logs to identify opportunities for predictive maintenance and efficiency optimization.
- Partner with stakeholders from Land Transport Authority (LTA) and private operators to ensure product-market fit and seamless deployment.
- Drive agile development sprints, balancing engineering feasibility, user experience, and business value.
- Monitor industry trends in smart infrastructure, digital twins, and AI/ML to keep our product suite at the cutting edge.
- Create detailed technical documentation, user stories, and specification sheets for internal and external teams.
- Manage product KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on features based on real-world performance data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or systems engineering within the infrastructure, transportation, or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as predictive analytics, computer vision, or natural language processing and their application to operational contexts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agile environment is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of transportation network operations, asset management, or maintenance workflows is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
