Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end digital project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to execution and post-launch analysis
- Serve as primary client liaison, building relationships through proactive communication and expectation management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, development, strategy) to ensure seamless project delivery
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project KPIs, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions
- Drive client retention through strategic account planning and upselling opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and performance dashboards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in digital project management or account management
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns (web, social, SEO)
- Expertise in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Certification in project management (PMP, Agile) preferred
