Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with VIP clients to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert wine recommendations and detailed product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions.
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Organize and maintain up-to-date client databases to track interactions and sales history.
- Stay informed about new wine arrivals, seasonal trends, and industry developments.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and client presentations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (preferably in the wine or beverage industry).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Familiarity with wine varieties, regions, and tasting notes is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work full-time in Badung, Bali.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred for client interaction.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
