- Identify, qualify, and engage potential leads through various digital and outbound channels.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and provide tailored educational advice.
- Present course details, benefits, and pricing to prospects while overcoming objections.
- Close sales and manage the end-to-end enrolment process efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to refine sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field.
