In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the customer journey. You will engage with potential leads, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive conversions. You will work closely with the Caroline.id team to ensure that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression on our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls and digital outreach to generate new leads.
- Assist customers in selecting the right automotive products and services based on their needs.
- Manage customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding sales activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote ongoing campaigns and offers.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences to help improve sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking software.
- Strong negotiation skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to be based in Pondok Pinang, Jakarta Selatan.
