- Independently prospect and identify qualified business leads within the Malaysian market
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored digital solutions to local businesses
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets within flexible hours

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales or digital solutions sales
- Strong prospecting and closing abilities with demonstrable results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
